Trouble Shooting

If you open a ticket prior to completing the "Before Injecting Page" or the trouble shooting below. Do expect us to verify each step was completed.

Any Injection or Crashing issues

1. Verify you have completed everything in Before Injecting page.

2. Try a VPN- Expecially if you are unable to download loader or it just closes

3. Try changing the below settings:

Disable Meltdown & Spectre using InSpectre:

Disable Kernel DMA Protection

Kernel DMA Protection will be disabled if VT-d / Virtualization is disabled in BIOS.

1. Disable VT-d / Virtualization in BIOS

2. Recheck msinfo32
