Time Sync Issue

System time synchronization problems

This issue is caused by your system time being out of sync.

​Symptoms

A time synchronization issue can manifest in different ways:

• Immediate crash: The loader closes immediately without showing any error message

• Generic login error: When trying to log in, the loader only shows “Error” with no further details

• Authentication failure: Login fails even though your credentials are correct

​Solution

Open Date & Time Settings

Right-click on the clock in your taskbar and select Adjust date/time.2

Sync Your Clock

Make sure Set time automatically is enabled, then click Sync now.3

Verify Synchronization

Check that the displayed time is correct and that the sync was successful.4

Restart the Loader

Close the loader completely and reopen it.If the issue persists after syncing, try restarting your computer before reopening the loader.
